He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has passed the final examinations of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
 | Michael Wetherall Deputy General Manager, Treasury Mr Wetherall is responsible for all treasury, fixed income, and foreign exchange trading activities. He was previously Managing Director of Merion Limited, a consultancy company, and Marketing Director of Longview International, Inc., a software company specialising in risk management in the financial markets. Prior to that, he was Treasury Director for Daiwa Europe Bank and was Foreign Exchange Manager for Banque Belge. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Open University. |
 | Herbert Stetzenmeyer Deputy General Manager, InvestmentsMr Stetzenmeyer’s primary area of responsibility is the management and financing of Saad’s “Alternative Investment” portfolios, namely, Saad’s investments in private equity partnerships and in hedge funds. He is also involved in direct equity investments and in managing Saad’s ever-growing relationships with the banking community. Mr Stetzenmeyer joined Saad following a 25-year banking career at Citibank and Merrill Lynch with assignments in the Arabian Gulf, Africa and Europe in both corporate and private banking. |
 | Sarah Quinlan CIO/Head of Hedge Funds Ms Quinlan joined Saad in 2006; she was previously an Executive Director at UBS and prior to that led the Alternative Investments Group for Lloyds TSB. She was co-founder of TwentyFirst Century Advisors, a small and mid-cap long/short hedge fund and was a member of the small and mid-cap team at Bankers Trust in New York. Her career began at Salomon Brothers Inc, before moving to Weiss, Pecker & Greer. She received her BA and MBA from the University of Chicago in Politics, Economics, Rhetoric and Law. |

He began his career with UBS Private Banking Geneva, before moving to the UBS Global Asset Management division in Zurich and then to UBS GAM in London as a Research Analyst covering Arbitrage Strategies. He then moved to HRS Asset Management as an Investment Manager, before joining EIM S.A. in July 2003. He holds an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance from HEC Lausanne and a B.Com. Previously he was a Director of HSBC Investment Management in New York, prior to which he held senior investment positions within the North American Equity Departments of Touche Remnant & Co and Lazard Brothers & Co. |

Jean-Francois has previously held Compliance roles with Anglo Irish Bank and Lombard Odier in Geneva. He has also held senior Audit roles with UBS in Geneva, Basel and USA; and with Arthur Andersen. Jeff holds a master in Economics and a post-graduate degree in Compliance Management from the University of Geneva. He is a US Certified Public Accountant. |
| Frédéric RobertIndependent Consultant – Alpha Finance Advisors Mr Robert has been a Consultant with the Saad Group since 2007. Prior to establishing Alpha Finance Advisors, Mr. Robert was Risk Manager for the Cardinal Asset Management hedge fund platform. Prior to this, he was COO and founding shareholder of Reech Capital, and headed up Fixed Income & Credit Structured Products at Commerzbank. He was the founding Managing Director of Nikko Financial Products, and has held positions with Société Générale and BNP Paribas. Frédéric lectures at HEC in Paris. He holds a Finance & Law degree from the EDHEC Business School. |
